A talent search has been launched by Coventry based improvement experts, Develop Consulting; with the aim of finding up to 20 of the very best healthcare improvement consultants across the UK.
The consultancy, which has been working with NHS England for three years, today announced it is starting its biggest recruitment drive ever as work within the healthcare sector is set to double within the next six months.
The Coventry-based company, which has a background in Lean methodologies, is searching for experienced Lean improvement coaches with a background in healthcare (preferably in Primary Care), to help deliver improvement support to GP surgeries across the country.
Simon Bricknell, Healthcare Director for Develop Consulting, said: “Throughout the pandemic we have been supporting GP practices to manage new ways of working and implementing the rapid changes that have been required. As patient demand continues to increase, our support is more vital than ever.
“We are therefore expanding our team to be able to continue to support such vital services across England, so are now looking for talented people with significant experience in this sector who want to be part improving GP Practices’ future and supporting them to give their patients the very best care they can,” he said.
The roles are for improvement coaches looking to work between three to four days a week, on a three-to-four-month contract basis with potential for the contracts to be extended.
Katherine Finnis, who is leading on the recruitment for Develop Consulting, added that the roles would suit those who were self-motivated, experienced change managers who have experience within healthcare.
