A second team member within the space of a month is being welcomed by Develop Consulting with the appointment of new management consultant Simon Orton.
Simon, who joined the team this week will be working within the healthcare sector, and leading on projects including the Productive General Practice Quick Start programme with the NHS.
Formerly working for companies including Toyota and KM&T, he will be carrying out various roles applying his skill set within Lean methodology.
He said: “I have been involved in many process improvement projects over the years, both on a cost saving and better ways of working (new systems), along with creating training packages accordingly. Delivering training packages and watching people grow on the shop floor to become stronger team members is very rewarding for me, and I am looking forward to working with Simon and the team.
“The opportunity to work for such a respected, progressive company like Develop Consulting and the values that they represent was too good to turn down,” he added.

In August, Develop Consulting welcomed Gary Wick to the team who has been working within the manufacturing and construction sectors, which is being led by director Steve Clark.
